These terms are between you and Ashutosh Kashyap, India, who makes TotalFolio (“we”). By using the app, you accept them.
What TotalFolio is
TotalFolio is a tool for keeping records and getting reminders. It is not financial, investment, tax, insurance or legal advice, and it does not sell or recommend any product.
Free, and as it is
The app is free. It is provided as it is: we work to keep it correct and reliable, but we can’t promise that it will always be free of errors or always available.
Your part
- Keep your records correct and up to date.
- Check due dates and amounts with your insurer, bank or fund house. Their records are the ones that count.
- Keep your backup password safe. Without it nobody, including us, can open your backup.
- Keep your phone secure, for example with a screen lock.
Reminders depend on your phone
Reminders are set on your phone. Battery saving, notification settings, a switched-off phone, or a wrong date or time on the phone can delay or stop them. Don’t rely on TotalFolio alone for anything important.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by a missed or late reminder, a wrong entry, or lost data, for example on a lost phone without a backup.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
